Meet your Trainer

Hi, I’m Staci — the owner and trainer behind The Farmhouse Gym — and I’m so glad you’re here.

Let me share how The Farmhouse Gym began, and how my love and passion for personal training became something so much bigger than I ever expected.

The Farmhouse Gym was born from a journey of faith, healing, and transformation—rooted in the pillars of faith, family, farm, and fitness. After a life-changing accident brought everything to a halt, I found myself searching for purpose and strength.

In the quiet rebuilding season that followed, I returned to movement — slowly at first — learning how to rebuild not just muscle, but resilience. Through God’s grace, the steady rhythm of farm life, and the unwavering support of my family, I began restoring my body and my confidence one disciplined step at a time.

Training became more than physical progress. It became mental toughness. It became clarity. It became calling.

That calling is what led me to coach.

I fell in love with functional fitness because it mirrors life. It isn’t about looking strong — it’s about being strong. It’s about building a body that can lift, carry, run, push, pull, endure, and adapt. It’s training that prepares you for real life demands — on the farm, in competition, in motherhood, in hardship, and in seasons of growth.

I’m especially passionate about hybrid training — blending strength and cardio into one intentional approach. Because life doesn’t require just one skill. Sometimes you need power. Sometimes you need endurance. And sometimes when one feels hard, you lean into the other — but you keep moving forward. That’s what I love most about it. The layout fits life.

To me, working out isn’t just physical transformation. It is life-changing mental transformation. The discipline. The grit. The resilience built when you do something you once thought you couldn’t. The confidence that comes from keeping promises to yourself.

I love helping people overcome the things they once believed were impossible. I love watching someone hit a lift they doubted, finish a run they feared, or push through a mental barrier that used to stop them. I love seeing people realize that their limits were never physical — they were mental.

I don’t believe in random workouts or surface-level motivation. I believe in intentional programming, strong foundations, and holding a standard that builds real confidence. I believe in helping people adapt without quitting — adjusting the plan when life shifts, but never lowering the bar of what they’re capable of.

Coaching isn’t just something I do. It’s something I live.

Whether we train here on the farm or online from wherever you are, my mission is the same: to help you build a body that is capable, a mind that is resilient, and a confidence that carries into every area of your life.

This is where discipline meets direction.

This is where strength is built with purpose.

This is where transformation becomes inevitable.

I can’t wait to hear your story.

I can’t wait to see who you become.
